This app received my UKG in their main account and have kept giving me the run around since November saying they’re working on it. Their CS never responds and I am out some money..... ??????

Contacted about an account I lost the email to for withdrawals well I still have access to my Freewallet account and the 2fa but I contacted Freewallet support they sent me a list of stuff that they would like a few of to verify my identity I sent them the entire list I even told them I can send a picture of me holding my dl but after the first response it was like they excoriated me not to be able to provide that and when I provided every bit not just a small part of it they went completely quiet I only have about 7 in monero in thee so I’m not loosing a ton but still don’t ever use this wallet Update: I have passed on all of the information it has now been another week I even got an email back saying thank you for all your information we are submitting your request yet still nothing like I said it’s fine I’m going to go get my laptop get my email backup codes and pull all my money off of Freewallet support still is horrible thank you in fact don’t respond to me unless it’s in the emails for support regarding this issue obviously you have time to respond to me on here but not in any of my support issues Wow yet again since you don’t read or don’t know how to I’ve sent all the information Freewallet asked for in the email screenshots the whole 9 yards even offered more like me holding my dL well guess what the account has had a profile pic of me on it for a long time now so your response if I’m not doing my part well I have and I’ll even post all of the emails under reddit so anyone can see that I’ve done it free wallet is a joke hell if you want to deposit coins and exchange them for say another coin use shapeshift their min dodge depsosit is only 230 not 1500 like Freewallet I’m currently getting my laptops back with my email backup codes I will just get access again and remove my money and completely rid myself of this garbage company obviously ran by idiots that just respond without reading

Was just trying to send rest of Monero to a more trustworthy wallet and exchange that was earned from using Minergate (horrible mining software) also. Still haven’t received, locked out of account magically even though password did not change. Can’t access account, transfer never finished and still have a bunch of crappy Minergate coins there like BCN and XDN that can’t transfer because of super high fees on these worthless coin. Avoid freewallet and Minergate. Apple please remove this app from the store which is a scam with fake 5 star reviews.

i like the app i've used it for some time and didnt have any problems with receiving litecoin and dogecoin from coinpot. I just have one request. Can you PLEASE add push notification for receiving and sending coins instead of just email? I like the design btw. Oh and one more thing, instead of saying how much money you have in btc please add the ability to change it from btc to the one we prefer(idk if im making sense)

I’ve tried to send my Steem coins multiple times, this month and many weeks before that. Tried exchanging them on Changlly (let alone the fact that I can’t trade Steem through the Freewallet app) when they added the coin to its exchange and Freewallet wouldn’t accept the destination tag. MANY TIMES... Now you are discontinuing Steem and I not only lost out on exchanging my coins for 4Xs what I paid for them but will lose all value completely... This is BS
