Most of These Reviewers Don’t Actually Use Freewallet?

I’m baffled by these reviews, Freewallet has never hacked or scammed me? But then again I read terms and conditions before just clicking YES so maybe I just know what I’m getting into? If it weren’t for this awesome team my MinerGate funds would be stuck forever in “little guy hell” so I’m very appreciative of this team. Their iOS app is fantastic too. Yea... don’t store thousands with Freewallet, use Coinbase or Binance but for little transactions, these guys are exceptional. Thanks for this awesome wallet.

It’s been well over 6 months now since my wallet/transaction issue was first reported. In that time I have exchanged multiple emails/chats with Freewallets team, some promised refunds, apologies and even admittance of fault while others were just mere “run around” responses of “we will look into it” yet nothing has yet to happen. I’ve also given all the information they requested to include tx id and user id. Now my emails, checkups and questions go unanswered. This will be my last attempt to try and resolve this issue and when this doesn’t work I’ll be looking to see if I am able to take any legal action. Mistakes were admitted and promises given all of which have been recorded. Looking forward to hear from someone (which I highly doubt I will at this point). However if anyone else has had similar dealings and had the right mind to record them please speak up. User ID - f2e901fa Incase you couldn’t see it in the title This is my third time updating this with my user id. Why are you guys responding and telling me to do it again? So now instead of the refund you guys promised, I am unable to get it because you can’t retrieve the funds? After 6 months and 20,000 excuses later you guys have found a way to not fulfill your promise? You guys are unbelievable. I regret ever trusting you guys with my money. This is by no means over but in the meantime I will never use your apps again. I understand that but my complaint lies with your Freewallet “smart exchange” prior to your update wallets that weren’t compatible wouldn’t even allow someone to make an exchange between segwit noncompatible addresses. The fact that the transaction went through but never arrived says there was an issue with your systems. Now if one were to make a cross transaction from a nonsegwit wallet to a segwit one using your “smart exchange” the transaction would not even be made. I used your smart exchange system going from btc and xmr to bch (vice versa) and got screwed out of .47 bcc/bch tell me how that is not the fault of Freewallet and why you guys won’t make it right?
