Audio alerts are disruptive

ScottInTheOC

I have been using Libre for three years now. I recently switched to Libre2 with the feature of alerts for high and low readings! The alerts seem to go off when I’m in a meeting or at the movies or at a quiet coffee shop.I truly appreciate the alerts, but making it always audible when with mute on or in focus mode is too much. Fuve us the ability to resolve it with a screen alert. If not, then going back to original Libre.

I’ve just started with it

Hortaslife

The fact you must choose between the phone or the monitor may not be your fault. The fact you can’t change a reading that was manually entered is.

Developer response.

Cadcamtrainer

I understand that the responses are done by AI but is us so annoying to read that someone has a issue with the product ( it could be threatening) and the best that your developer’s response can come up with us “Thank you for your response. Please call Blah, Blah, Blah).

Freestyle Libre 2 on iPhone 11

Please help app recognize exact numbers in the 400 range and higher. The whole point of the app for me is to help see how quickly the insulin is working with the higher numbers and catching it see how high it is instead of a vague Hi reaction on the app. I check my blood sugars more than necessary because the app isn’t a guarantee but I also like to know what my body might be doing with the insulin I injected. I hope there is a way to make the sensor read the higher blood sugars better so that I can manage the blood sugars better. This is my life. I have to do this until there is a cure. Please make it easier if possible. I know everyone will appreciate more help. Thank you for creating this app to go with the sensor.

Needs improvement.

HBeast6

Good intention, but it needs work. Always having me scan twice because it never gives me a reading the first time. Today the app updated and then told me my scanner needed to be replaced, even though I still had 3 days of use left on it - and these things aren’t cheap.

Life changing

BOOYAA World Wide

Maybe I’m easily impressed but I have gone from testing a few times a month with my numbers in the high 200’s - low 300’s to monitoring every few hours and starting to really understand the impact of each thing I put in my mouth. I’m now averaging under 180 after just a week. I’m hoping this trend continues and I can actually improve the quality of my life in my twilight years.

Errors galore

rmbrand

This app and the sensor needs to improve! About 30% of the time, the reading doesn’t register so I have to repeat the attempt to get a reading 4 to 5 times in a row. I was very frustrated today because I suffered a stroke and needed to use my bum hand to capture the reading and it literally hurts trying to reach the sensor. It would be nice if the sensor automatically captured readings to negate the need to contort my body to swipe my mobile phone over the sensor to get one.

Freestyle Libre 2 ????

big stoopid

Zero stars. This app is trash. It never works properly. This is important to people. So disappointed

Worse than the Libre 1 App

a_wood8

This is ridiculous. You should be able to scan with both a phone, multiple phones, or the reader. The Libre 1 app allowed this which meant my close family members could scan my Libre and check my sugar with their own phone if needed. No reason that this capability should be taken away with the Libre 2 app.

Annoying; Setting can’t be our choice

Btfyck

***Update: no I do not want to contact customer services for assist as there nothing anyone can do. This app was set as it is. Just admit it: this app is set the way you want it not customers. Today the first time & first day using this glucose sensor with app. At first I like it because it easy but then it became annoying. I have certain way of how I set my notifications & alarms. With this app I can’t set it up the way I want it to be. If I do then my phone will go crazy with alarms & alerts. Apparently all notification, banners, Lock Screen, sounds, & badge icon numbers must be on. Heck the badge icon numbers don’t work. All I want is Lock Screen & no sounds. I appreciate this company that made this app for us diabetic people but it should allow US, diabetic customers, to set up how we like it with notifications & alarms. This is making me wonder if I made the wrong choice & have to look else where.
