GET RID OF ALARM!!

TheDogRuler

I am a high schooler, it’s super embarrassing to have this alarm go off all the time it’s totally unnecessary. So now every time I want to check my blood sugar during school hours I have to go all the way to settings to turn critical alerts in then turn it right back off. It’s very annoying. Otherwise it’s an ok app, it’s better than pricking my finger all the time. But I must say I agree with acetone else about this annoying alarm.

App has connectivity issue

Strawboss1116

I can’t even log in. 300 dollars down the drain.

Give user control

cmptrguru7

The user really needs to have control over all sounds and notifications. I should not be forced to turn on critical alerts to use the application. Overall the app seems to work and keeps a history of my blood sugar but the application would me much better than f I could control notifications and still use the app.

Wasted sensors!!

FloresPride

I’ve been using this app for maybe 6 weeks, it was time to change my sensor & when I scanned the new sensor, it said the sensor would be ready in 60 min. I wait over an hour to scan again, it says “scan error, replace sensor” so I wait & scan a few more times, same message. I open a new sensor, the same thing, so I replace it again & same thing!!!!! Now I’m down to only 1 sensor & am afraid to waste it. These things are expensive & I’m on medí-cal!! I have no idea when / if they’ll approve more!! And the alarms are super annoying! I had to disable them at night, they were waking up my husband & I all night. Please fix this app or whatever it is that needs fixing. I have no idea how I’m going to monitor my blood sugar now that I’m down to 1 sensor & afraid to use it! I use my phone because I can’t get the reader to work!

DANGEROUS

Kahnayda

I originally used the Libre 2 sensors for a few years, then switched to the Libre 2 when this app was available. In the first three months, there have been no less than six instances where the alarm goes off for a high glucose then later it does not show on the graph. For instance, I was awoken to a reading of 223. I corrected with insulin. An hour later I got a similar reading of 225. I had a small correction using an insulin pump. I checked again 2 hours later when I woke up and the graph never shows my glucose above 200, and it was diving at 75. The extreme low and high glucose alarms can’t be shutoff at all. You can’t close the app either without annoying alarms. There is no way to adjust the volume of the alarms either. This has nearly given me, my wife, and my dogs a heart attack in the middle of the night when it goes off. Absolutely horrible. Avoid at all costs.

Separate account

I can’t use my website Libre user name to log into the app.

Good except integrations

Dragoncow900

If this app integrated with Apple Health., I would give it five stars. An Apple Watch app would be nice to have.

UPDATE THIS HORRIBLE APP

317Pro

I don’t understand why after months there hasn’t been an update to this app. People rely on this to live & Abbott seems to not care at all. If my insurance would cover it I’d switch to the Dexcom G6.

Does not work

jojorn269

This app barely works and has many errors

I’m upset.

V6#%!

If there was a 0 star option. I would have used it. I liked the first version ok. I kept having problems with the sensor being knocked off my arm bumping into a door, having my son climbing on me but the phone app was helpful. I’m not covered by insurance but I’m a nurse and having finger sticks at work is a portal to infection so the cost seemed worth it… mostly. I never bothered to have the sensors replaced. I just did finger sticks when the sensor came off or malfunctioned- twice within 2 days :-/. Now with the Libre 2… it won’t even work! I called the hard-to find on the box number and got two people after 2 calls neither of which could hear me through the static. The connection was clear as a bell on the menu line. I’m irritated and angry. BTW, I also got woken up several times last night. Get it together please! Update, I called a total of 4 times. The company refused to offer me a refund despite my out of pocket 75$ a month and 2 failed sensors back to back. They offered me a replacement but neither of the previous 2 worked. They also refused to listen to my complaints and instead, punted me to an automated message like a hang up several times. Product is a thumbs down, so is a thumbs down and customer service is a huge thumbs down. NEVER using again. Worst experience EVER.
