I’ve only had my drone since Christmas. The app worked great. Recently it stopped showing the distance traveled. Not sure what’s up. Tried reloading app but still doesn’t work. Hope they update again soon.
Update problem

I have the Bebop and skycontroller one and I can update the drone but when I try to update the skycontroller it just says update available on the internet. I have connected to the internet and the controller at the same time and also one at a time and can’t seem to get it to work.

If you’d been a little more patient you’d know to switch your device to airplane mode and then it works flawlessly
Logging in is a nightmare

This app works ok, but getting logged in seems really broken. When I first tried creating my account, the site was glitchy and wouldn’t create my account. I tried starting over, but when I entered the email I wanted to use(that I entered the first time) I got the message that that email was already in use. I called tech support(not very good English speakers) and they told me I had to use a new email to create my account, so I’ve been using my alternate email up until now. Now, I’m trying to log back in and keep getting a “wrong login info” message every time I try to log in. I try to do password recovery and get the message that a recovery email has been sent, but never received the email, no matter how many times I try requesting. Long story short, buy a DJI.
Where is Follow Me?

I have the icon where it turns to look at me but cannot seem to find a way to toggle to the follow me mode where it actually moves in all directions to actually follow. Where is that icon? Help!! Connection issues here and there upon start.

DO NOT GET THIS APP. Doesn’t serve its intended purpose. I can’t even connect to my drone.

i like parrot drone and freeflight but i have a some question where we can delete freeflight gallery file we have only one choice: share button and only save file to phone but we can’t delete file in freeflight app pls fix this problem best
Lost Interest

I started losing interest from the start. First I couldn’t connect to my iPhone, then i couldn’t connect to my Skycontroller, then when I did connect my Bebop and my skycontroller i couldn’t see any camera footage. I emailed parrot and after a few months there conclusion was that I had crashed my bebop that’s why I didn’t have footage. I never crashed my Bebop. It’s still new. I don’t think that parrot know what there doing over there.
