NEW APP UPDATE DIESNT WORK WITH MINI DRONES

App automatically updated now there's no way to connect to mini drones app seems to only work with larger drones and it seems they want us to buy their new remote in order to fly. Paid 99 dollars for the drone and now it's a paper weight

After updating to freeflight pro, I've encountered nothing but problems. Every single time I click the settings button, the app crashes. I can't even calibrate the drone. Every single time I click the video settings button, the app crashes. After watching video taken from a couple flights, I realized that the auto-stabilization is not working. After connecting to a Bluetooth controller, I was able to get into the settings, where I could not find a setting for auto-stabilization. Flying is no longer enjoyable, as I am constantly fearing losing control of the drone when the app will inevitably crash. I will unlikely fly again until the app is updated and has some of the bugs worked out. I have always had good experiences with parrot support, and have faith they'll put out an update for this app soon. It really bothers me that they would put out such a buggy app, with no information about it immediately available.

Good interface with easy connection steps and full features well laid out on the pilot screen. FPV is awesome in HD too!
Do NOT upgrade!!!

The upgrade changes your photos to a horrible fish-eye lens and it completely ruins all your pictures. Every upgrade before this was great, but this one ruined an important drone shoot I had planned. DO NOT DOWNLOAD this version.

You guys got so many negative reviews due to the horrible issues with this application, such as connectivity and crashing that you reposted your app.
Can't download new updates to skycontroller

After receiving the new free flight pro update it says I have a new version for the sc but when I download it to 100% it tells me that the download has failed and if I want to restart. I tries erasing and re downloading the app, turning the drone on and off multiple times, even tried it while connected to the sc and drone using lte signal. No dice

Issues: * RECORDED VIDEO IS ONLY 720p 15 Mbps instead of 1080p 30 Mbps (on Bebop2). * App sometimes crashes (quits) when you touch the gear icon to go to Settings, and when you pick the Video settings. * On iPad mini the Piloting settings page has controls that are off screen--you have to scroll to see them. There is no visual indication there are controls off screen. On the iPhone's smaller display the Network settings page also has the same issue. * With the hierarchical menu for settings you can no longer swipe through the settings pages to review them before take off. You have to touch each page's icon in the settings icon bar, which from Fitt's law is not as rapid as a swipe anywhere on the screen. Makes preflight less convenient. (For the iPhone it is even worse since you have to scroll the settings menu icon bar to see the Network settings icon to pick that page.) * Readability of settings screens in outdoor use is fair to poor. Needs better font (larger & heavier). Needs better contrast, especially for grayed items such as unselected buttons, which are dark gray text on darker gray background. There are some good points though: * Settings are in a hierarchical menu structure so you can go to the settings page you want rather than paging through them. Good if you need to quickly change one thing. * Camera settings available directly from flight screen instead of having to go through settings menu. * No longer plays video ad!

I updated this app and now my swat drone doesn't connect!!!! How am I supposed to fly it now?!?!?!
