I can’t access to my account by Facebook. Neither I can see my videos in the app, when I enter to the gallery, show a loading icon but not charge the videos. I pay for edit videos option, but I can’t use this option, because don’t load the videos.
Please update for iOS 14!

When I am flying it is fine but if I click into the camera settings it will shut out the app

I have been using the app and Bepop 2 for two years now. The app has some glitches lately on my iphone 7. If you try to adjust photo settings the app crashes. Not a good time for an app to crash when your drone is mid-flight. Please review your app and address. Thank you!
They discontinued support

Parrot decided to exit the hobby drone market and leave us hanging. Be aware the this app does not work properly after iOS 13. It will crash accessing camera settings and does not access the media. To get around this, you either have to use an older iOS product or use an FTP client over WiFi to get the media for download or deletion. I had very poor response from their customer service on this requiring several exchanges of unhelpful suggestions before finally telling me that it was discontinued and no longer supported.

bebop 2 help
Running Free Flight Pro for a Bebop 2, everything is updated, drone, iPad, etc. When I open the camera/video settings in the fly and film section, the app crashes every time and doesn’t allow me to update or change anything. Suggestions?

Although the description in this app add still says it supports Dronnies, mine no longer work. When I called Parrot for support they said that Dronnies are no longer supported that’s why they no longer work. I use to love Bebop 2 and this app but without the Dronnies I can only give it 2 stars, with Dronnies I would give it 5.
