Go elsewhere for your video monitoring needs. There are so many issues with this app and the Foscam cloud service that it’s just not worth the hassle. Oh and completely crappy customer service too. No response to issues, if they do respond you’ll always get the response, your LTE is too slow...if 125Mbps download speeds is too slow then there’s just no hope for this service to work on any connection.

The cloud alarm service is amazing… I’m using it with and external waterproof pan and tilt camera and I am amazed at how awesome this product is

This is a fantastic app but I would recommend adding the live video feature from the main screen where you can see all cameras live. There are plenty of apps out there that already include it. Just a recommendation.

Works maybe 10% of the time. Otherwise never connects to the camera. I’m glad I bought this as a hobby and not for legit security monitoring.

I have used the app for one day. So far it is working as described. Better that then zmodo app in my opinion.

Description says add in minutes. This easy to use app sends me to a dead end every time. Will not accept my choices for password. Don’t know how it will work, can't get it started. Very disappointing

Easy to use and understand. Intuitive. Does the job and does it well. Easily access the app from your iPhone. Motion and sound detection triggers the camera to record the video and posts the video clip quickly to the web on to a secure place. I subscribe to $34.99 plan. Inexpensive. Affordable. And worth every penny.

I have 5 Foscam cameras as part of my home security I have 3 different types. 2 are older but I can connect to them with old app but not new app. Emailed tech support 4 times and never received a reply. Other 3rd party apps work great.

I bought an expensive $150 Foscam camera so I could view while away from home. The app render it useless, it does not connect at all even after multiple update version. It’ll work for few minutes first time then never again. I end up throwing the camera in the GARBAGE. Very poorly written code for the app, well can’t expect much from stuff Programmed in China. No freaking standard at all.

The app does not allow you to access video recorded on a micro SD card. What’s the point of the app then? To just watch live streaming? It’s mind boggling! I was told by tech support this feature was being considered for a future update. I’m seriously thinking about returning my cameras regardless. This company is giving me a bad feeling.
