Less functional than Joe Biden

I downloaded this app so I could start my truck in the winter and not have to sit in it shivering screaming “F$&K!” At the top of my lungs till it is at operating temperature. The app always crashes and never works when truly needed. Thank you and god bless

It’s using up my iPhone battery since latest update. It’s running in back ground and using up my battery a lot.

This is a good built app, but I’m having huge problems with the app running in the background and killing my IPhone battery. Everything else is working good.
Battery Drain

If left running in the background, this app will drain your battery. Now it is looking that if I leave location service set on when using app, it drains the battery even when the app isn’t running,or even when running a the background. This is the only app w this issue. I can prove this app is the problem because under settings>battery it shows Ford as using 86% when I didn’t even have app open. Am seeing a lot of people talking about this beginning months ago and no fix.

The app has some really cool features, but it does me no good if my phone has no power. It completely drains my phone battery. I’m not sure what kind of background activity is happening, but it’s a lot!! I’ve tried to disable every feature to save battery life and keep the app, but it did not help. I had to delete the app for the second time now. :(
Schedule start occurs in wrong day!

I love this app...it’s so helpful. It’s great to get the car nice a warm before the kids pile in for the school run. Strangely though, when I set the car to start before I finish work in the evenings, it doesn’t start on the correct days. Any ideas for a fix on this?

Big delay on the app- alerts that come in randomly even after they’ve been deleted and remote start non-existant/visible at times. I wish it was still on the key fob, more reliable in colder months.

Funny how the user features only work some of the time but the Find a Dealer and Shop features work ALL of the time.

UDATE. Ver 3.11 is just as bad Works great with vehicle but excessively heavy background user. Turned off location, notifications, etc and close app every time but it doesn’t matter. Deleted app and reloaded but no change

This app crashes every time on first open, then I’ll open it again and Ford Pass isn’t responding! Then I’ll force close the app and open it again and sometimes it works. I can’t rely on this app to do the job at all.
