Crashes constantly, support “will get back to me in a couple weeks”, does not provide the functionality that you give up privacy for. No CarKey functionality, just use your key fob and save your iPhone memory. As with all recent, asks to create PIN with a dead keypad. “Support” is anything but.

This app is awful. It’s slow, clunky and unreliable. It takes forever to load and won’t update the vehicle’s location. How this is the best a multi-billion dollar company can do us absolutely mind-boggling. Dump this entire app, and it’s IT team, and start over. It’s trash.

The app has something that will run in the background that you can’t turn off and once it gets activated it will drain your phone battery and just a couple of hours and make it very hot to touch there are several instances on the different blogs and chat rooms saying this is not isolated

Worked great for awhile then noticed it running in the background and using over 90% of my battery. Unless I deleted it, app continued to drain my battery. Finally deleted it about a month ago and saw the other day Oct 25. that it had been updated. So I tried it again, phone was at 100% when I went to bed, 6 hours later phone was at 2% app was running in the background again! Hoping they fix this issue soon, loved it when it worked correctly.

This app was updated about a week ago and has caused nothing but issues. There are some series battery drain issues.

The latest update is killing my battery. 77% of the usage is this app. Fix that and it’s fine.
Power issues

Running on an iPhone it provides nice functionality. But it burns through battery power like an F350 burns gas. On my phone it was using 48% of all power daily and I had to delete it. It also seemed to screw up the phone’s recharge functionality. Apple needs to remove this one till Ford fixes it. A call to Apple showed that the Ford app is the problem. Kills your iPhone. Shame, cause it could be useful.

Awful. I have the IPhone 11 Pro Max and can’t type in my PIN once I open the app and have to close the app and open just to have access. Once I open the app, because I can’t type in my PIN, I can’t see any of the vehicle details. Everything is is fine, but then what’s the point of having the app if I can’t use any of its features? I’ve deleted the app and installed it again, no help. My wife has the app on her phone and works fine.
