App works as described, however, it runs in the background and is a battery killer. I can feel my phone running hot, see my battery levels WAY down, and have to turn the app off. Please fix.

Are use the app every day and now it doesn’t show me how much gas I have sometimes it won’t bring up my star in stop and unlock button

Even after downloading the updated app, a week or two later and the FordPass app is still draining 40-50% of my battery while “in the background”

This app had been good, but recently it starts to warm the phone and then looking at the battery, this app is killing battery with “background activity.” Id love to use it but this sorta kills it.

The app crashes a lot now and it has been draining my battery since the new iOS update. Even when I only have it open for 10 minutes or so my battery life dwindles quickly.

I have an iPhone XR this app is killing my battery. It is using background activity even when I have it off .

Love the app, works great with my truck and Alexa. Only problem is that the background activity it’s killing my battery. Get so bad that my phone get extremely hot and battery dies within a few hours. I’ve got a iPhone 11 Pro Max so it’s not some old phone.

Ever since iOS 14 released the FordPass app been using 78% or more or my battery life running in the background with everything turned off. I’m confused on how it’s still able to run in the background but it’s causing my phone to overheat and run dead quick. Which in turn is going to kill my battery faster.
