This app is so easy to use and has everything you need to keep track of appointments, prescriptions and vitals. So happy I downloaded and makes a trip to the doctors ten times easier

Easy access to records and test results. Doesn't replace communication and engagement with my providers, but great for referencing what was done and when and the outcomes.

Your records are not updated on a consistent basis. I get blood work twice a week and it takes a week to see my results on the app. Also, I do not see any of my bills listed and not all of my Northwell Health doctors use this app so I don’t see all of my info from every doctor I see.


How do I get Tech Support?

Don't bother-don't bother!

I don’t know who to contact. Please advise. Doctor’s staff isn’t helpful & risk Mgr can’t/won’t (?) access necessary help. My RX records are incorrect. (How difficult is it to compare my current med list vs what’s showing in the FMH system?) Same w/diagnoses. (Some -one- repetitive diagnosis, I have NOT been treated for for several years, keeps populating, monthly. I do NOT even see my doctor monthly. Lol!) Ideas? Anyone? Anyone?

another frustrated customer.

Hasn’t worked, Doesn’t work & won’t load, even when they send me an update message. When info was supposed to be downloaded with a recent CT scan, all that was there was coding #’s & letters so even the Dr. that requested the scan couldn’t read at his office. It hasn’t allowed me to access since then. When I try to reload the app from the “we have an update message for you” and click on either link provided, it says it’s not an actual address. Please make some updates


Deleting duplicate account

I created an account without an invitation from my doctor and assigned a pin # to log in. After receiving my provider’s email invitation I removed the pin #, deleted the first account and created another one that contains all of my records. However it won’t let me assign a pin because “another account has already enabled the passcode. “
