Unable to set appt time range because of app design

There’s a slider to let your provider know which timeframe to schedule your appointment in but the left side cant be slid because dragging from left edge toward right takes you to the previous screen instead. Only the right side of the time range can be moved and that doesn't help me since I was trying to say no appointments in the morning.

Faster than a phone call sometimes, and works great with my particular doctor's office. I can easily see my records and the appointment reminders & scheduling. Easy to use and understand, too.

Just downloaded app and so far it has given me almost everything I would want or need as I go down this new road of medical issues. I would like to see all correspondence between Drs. I believe it is important to know how one Dr views your issues and then describe their finding with another Drs. Maybe it happens...I am very new at this!

Has a limited number of healthcare providers signed up, you’re not able to communicate directly with your provider through the app, I don’t really see the purpose of this, I have experience with MyChart app that I use for Scripts and UCSD it works seamlessly with the provider. This app appears to me to be for gathering information with very little benefit other than your information on the app which you already know.

Started out great but keep getting a message saying “ update to health folder” but no indication as to where. Also used to be able to respond in line to messages sent by provider or clinic but that was not possible a couple updates ago I think. Very disappointing and seems like the app has only gotten worse.

I see my doctor quite often due to some chronic conditions and am on several medications. This app makes everything so easy and I have never had a problem with it!
