I think looking up results and getting reminders for appointments is great. By the time of followup with my docs, I have already previewed my results. It also eliminates unnecessary phone calls between me and my doctor.

The app is an excellent vehicle for accessing my health records, appointments and communicating with my doctor. I big part of the success is the commitment of my doctor and staff to keep the data accurate and respond quickly with any requests for information.

This is useless. It never works. What an irritant!! I’m supposed to open it to see an upcoming appointment, but it doesn’t work.
