Does not work with Kaiser. Log in is tiresome. Cannot delete account from your phone, not even via a browser. You must do it from a computer. Absurd!

This app has made communicating with my doctors offices very efficient and easy. I don't have to spend time in phone menu hell and being put on hold forever. It even tracks my appointments. I especially like the postings of lab results and other clinical data. This is very helpful for when I go into my next appointment, so the doctor and I are on the same page. Sure, the developers of the app should always strive to improve the utility and functionality of the app.

Messages come through only in title line, with no contents. Same messages if opened on PC are working fine. Apple has problems with this app.

I am extremely impressed with this app and how simple it is to access your healthcare provider. For the ease of convenience in our busy lives today, if I were to ever have to choose another provider for some reason: I would ensure that they participated in this FMH program. I am beyond satisfied with the services and accessible medical health records that this provides.

I have been using this app since it first came out and it has just been great, and just keeps getting better all the time! You can do so many different things on this app and it saves me from having to call the doctors office and wait on the phone, which I love! I can even reorder my prescriptions on this app! It keeps all the information from each visit to my doctor and also has a list of my medications and my problems. So many different things that I cannot mention all of them here. This app has really been helpful to me and I don’t know what I would do without it! Excellent app!

I think being an RN helps with accessing the "Follow My Health" Mobile app. I know what to look for and where inside, so I know how to maneuver from one section to another. I love being able to add a med I may have forgotten to list at my physicians office, or add an allergy...which is very important! I also like sending my physician an email on this venue, he can respond and I can view his answer. I can't do this with any other physician. Five Stars!!!
