Great app to communicate with providers and pharmacy

Follow my health is fantastic when it comes to being able to contact your providers and connected pharmacies. This expedites refill processes and direct communication with physicians. I would absolutely recommend this app to anyone who is provider participates and for those who don't I would definitely urge them to do so to assist in their contact with their patient load.
Missing features

App works well, I wish it would also WRITE data to Apple Health Care so that all my data is centralized. Also, I’m unable to update my email. Verification always fails.

I have 2 physicians who use this app but only one comes up even though they both send me msgs on it. I have tried unloading and reloading. I even opened it under a different email address and still can’t get both offices functioning through the portal. I’m so fed up but my doctors insist on sending me msgs via this app.

Not sure when it was added but logging in was manual but now offers fingerprint. Records are uploaded to the app nearly real time. It’s great to have access to history, future appts, get notified when records added and have a place to store contact info for specialists. Have had no buggy issues at all in several years of using the app.
Great if your doctor uses it

The app itself has improved a lot, it’s now easier for me to use it than going to the website. For me the best feature is messaging with your doctor’s office, to ask questions, make appointments etc. It’s also nice to get lab results right away rather than having to listen to them read off on the phone. The only downside - not the app’s fault - is that only some doctors use it, and sometimes offices put in inaccurate information.

I used this app for awhile but then I can’t even contact my doctor to get a prescription refilled it really needs a update and fast

I found my first experience with this app very agreeable. Had no problem looking up my test results. Navigation is easy and predictable. My hat’s off to the developers.
