Not Family Friendly

My children's doctor and my own both use FMH for patient portals, however, I cannot access my children on the app. There is no option to switch profiles (and if there is, it is NOT user friendly). On mobile I am no longer given an option to view the portal from my web browser; I am forced to use the app. I have been unable to communicate with my child's doctor and view his files because I do not have access to a computer. This is a major design flaw for families.

Until I return to AZ in Dec, I will have to walk on this painful left foot in the meantime. The Dr stated there could possibly be a tendon surgery at a later date that could help. I was given a low dose steroid injection which helped enough to reduce the bursting pain while I slept. The Dr thought I could try another low dose injection. When I contacted the office I was prescribed a round of over the counter steroids. He had already prescribed these for me the month before. My primary care Dr had recently prescribed this same prescription for my foot. Neither round of these prescriptions gave me any relief so I did not pick up the third Rx. I’m wearing a brace on that leg that fits in a certain shoe several hours a day that is supposed to help. However, it does make the bottom of my foot quite sore, even with padding. I did not get an answer as to where or what I should do next or if he wants to still try another low dose injection or if there is just nothing else BUT possible surgery later and the risks and gains of that. I leave for Ohio on May 16. Please someone answer me. J. Brucksieker

I have had this for 4 months. Keep getting emails to go to the site for health messages and have never been in to my medical file! Changed password multi times. All i get is this site to get the app but never see where or how to get it. This site is worthless. Waste of my time. I will call dr myself!
Easy access to my doctor

I love how easy it is to get in contact with my doctor through this app. Plus, all my exam results are right in the app. A feature I really love on the app is being able to log in via my thumbprint on my iPhone. No additional passwords to remember once that is enabled.

The only problem I have is that my appointments don't show up on the app. Visit notes are there.

Very hard to use. Have tried to download my husband records for two years and the application is still pending. The button to accept or deny can not be accessed.
Still didn’t fix it

The app updated today so I, once again, tried to message my provider. It bounced, of course. Same thing with the last iteration. I got in touch with tech support last time, and they said to send my message over the website. Guess what? You guessed it, it bounced. At least I can’t see how much I owe them any more, either.
