On Tuesday 5/29 I was having an issue trying to check in & select seats!! I called the customer service number and spoke to a representative named “MINDY” she assisted me and gave me the best customer service assistance and would like that to be known!!

Very good app for checking in and getting flight details. It is up to date about timing, including delays, and is a very polished product. It could be more user friendly though; I would like a more accessible menu to look at previous flights. When I flew from SF to Boston, I had a connecting flight in Minneapolis. However, once my SFO>MN flight was done, the second flight wouldn’t show up in the “my trips” section and I had to go digging around for the info. Otherwise an excellent app.

Just had delta delay a flight. There wasn’t a great way to compare my options for rebooking in the app. Had to go online on my laptop to make the changes. The changes were not reflected on the app. Also I’m traveling with a companion and now lost the seat I had next to them. Whole experience is frustrating. Had better experiences with a similar scenario with other airline apps. The app is constantly trying to get you to upgrade of pay for amenities, as opposed to making the information you need readily available. Gate information would never be on the boarding passes. Always had to look at airport terminals, which makes catching connecting flights difficult.

Another mechanical delay - this time with my wife that results not only in a delayed return home, but now we don’t sit together on our way home. With record profits, Delta refuses to retire old aircraft. Note please that after being a loyal Delta diamond since its charter year, my time with Delta had drastically reduced. Do you really have to ask why?

My girlfriend and I were flying together and someone changed our itinerary and separated us so I am no longer her companion. This resulted in her being upgraded and not me. To make matters worse when we tried to get it fixed, instead of delta taking responsibility they tried to suggest we changed and separated our reservation which is crazy. She is a gold level and we are aware we need to be on the same reservation.
