Delta check in is not fast it’s cumbersome but works when all is kept simple. Delta try to improve the speed of check in to 15 minutes! Good luck. And add miles when people use the app. As a stimulance!

None of the scan features work otherwise 5 Stars... also doesn’t remember user consistent.

If you ask me to review your app in the middle of the check in process, you don't get a good rating or review. Seriously. It is an airline app. Why are they so concerned with their review that they need to be pushy about it.

Wonderful experience flying on Delta. Flight attendants were great. Pilots got us in early.

Have been flying Delta since they purchased Northwest Airlines. I was worried Delta’s service might not be comparable to Northwest Airlines. I was pleasantly surprised to discover Delta’s service far exceeds Northwest but also United and American Airlines! Now I am a loyal Delta Passenger.
