Fails to scan passport

1) They want you to scan your passport because without your passport number you can't check in, but their scanner function has never worked for me. American Airlines' scanned mine before I even had it in position. 2) It's useful to get updates

Nightmare
struggling to get pregnant
What a nightmare trying to fly from Miami to LA. Was supposed to leave at 7:30am on a direct flight to LA and due to mechanical issues never left. Now have to connect in Atlanta hoping to still get to LA tonight. Waste of a day, missed prepaid excursions as well as a prepaid rental. Probably will not fly Delta again. Very unreliable!
App showed I had no current flight or activity since September
