No native iPad support

Not sure why, but Delta made their iPad app EOL, and does not natively support iPad in this version. This is a reduction in usability and functionality. So, with this being the only Delta app supporting iPad, I rate it just 1 star.
Rebooking needs work

The app is fine when the rest of the airline is fine (rare). But when your flight is delayed and it offers to let you rebook on another flight, you can't see seat availability. Useless. Also, the app and the boarding pass keeps displaying the original hypothetical departure time rather than the real-world time.

It works great for me, able to track my bags & connecting flights. Suggest you just try and judge yourself.
Checkin doesn't work on domestic flights.

The checkin doesn't work in the app. I'm always unable to choose a seat on domestic flights and then it tells me I have to print my boarding pass at the kiosk.

I downloaded this app before my flight, expecting to be able to access some in-flight content. However, the app kept crashing even on basic scrolling of the flight status map. It had trouble logging me in (timed out) and couldn't find my flight based on origin and destination. It has this ad about the "glass-bottomed plane," but then apparently you have to pay for in-flight wifi to get it. And there didn't seem to be any content other than the map (United has all sorts of free TV and movies). I'd never trust this for boarding passes. It's so much inferior to United's app.

I don't see any of the problems everyone else has with this app. I didn't try to book a flight through it though. Let's me add my flight using name and confirmation, let's me check-in, and I can choose all of my seats. I can get mobile boarding passes. You can even see upgrade lists, you can't add yourself to one though. What more do you need?
