I get super excited when it’s time to book my flight and The customer service via ‘The App!’ Makes me feel like I have my own concierge service! It is such a pleasure when you can fly with an airline that values the customer and shows great care on every level! Thank you Delta!

What happened to the Fly Delta app for the iPad? It has disappeared (and when I open the ‘old’ app, it says it’s no longer supported). I have always booked my tickets on it, now I’ll have to use the browser and delta.com. Weird to remove it.

This app is horrible. Every time I open it my trip is gone. I have to go find my confirmation number and re-enter my name and confirmation. Then it won’t give me a boarding pass. It has been unable to provide a boarding pass on every single flight I’ve taken on delta. Which is several times per week. Also if I’m logged in to my skymiles account I don’t think I should have to type in my name to retrieve my trip. It should know my name already.

I used to love this app. Something, maybe in a recent update, has made the app much less usable. When I got caught up in a recent weather event, the ticket agents suggested using the app to rebook. I tried, but ran into multiple bugs, including suggesting flights that weren't available, getting all the way to "Accept this flight" only to get "Sorry, an error occurred, try again later", and worst of all, being kicked out of the app and not allowed to log back in. That part is especially bad when trying to use a phone boarding pass!

The Delta app is great because I have my travel itinerary at my disposal anytime I need it. I can book flights, confirm, check in, choose or change seat assignment right from the comfort of my mobile phone. I also do not need to print out my ticket anymore.
