Dislike changing planes in ATL

I'm running through the airport right now and this app is saving me so much time and stress. It has maps of the airport, updates on flight information, everything. Regardless of what you think about Delta, the app itself is great.

I have spent the day at the airport due to an internal issue on original flight in first class. Bounced out and the customer service at the terminal was shameful. Thank goodness for Centennial Lounge!
Stop auto checkin when I don't have a seat

Do not like automatic checkin. It forces you to the standby list when seats are available. And then you have no choice no way to select a seat from the seat map. A big step backwards
Flight delayed but still accommodated

12/13/17 My flight UA3527 with united airlines got cancelled from Detroit, MI to newark, NJ. United didn't even update me and I was scheduled for an interview the following day. When I found out, the staff at united were rude and unhelpful in finding me other accommodations or flight options. Tried my luck and went to the delta terminal and they had last minute openings to JFK in NY DL0468. My delta flight did get delayed until 1am, landed 3am at JFK but they were much more courteous about the situation and did not cancel due to weather. The staff were much more respectful. Delta even sent me email and text updates. I learned my lesson with united and recommend others to definitely fly with delta always. Thanks for not cancelling my flight delta!
