Keep having to delete the app after deleting images from data base file then reinstall app on our iPad. Will work fine, then we will finish a route then delete all the images then will have to dump app and reinstall. Worked fine before the last update. Anyone else have the same issue? Getting annoying. Please fix.
Good start but glitchy

This is a good start to something very useful. However, it is very buggy and I can't even get the stupid ipad app to generate a report! Every time it tries...it crashes! Like I said, good start but completely useless so long as its buggy like this...FIX!!!!

I haven't been able to complete a report with more than a few pictures without this app closing. This crashes all the time...VERY FRUSTRATING. Love the camera, hate the software.

I am a computer programmer who just got a FLIR One for my iPhone. A LOT of Enterprise level apps show an in attention to detail, and flexibility of use. This app, like most of their other apps, is more than I could have hoped for.

When I took a IR photo by Flir one and export to Flir tools app the thermography image changed. I don't know why, but always it's the same. So, I can't make reporters well. Please check it!!
It won't connect to my iPhone or my iPad.

I have a Meterlink enabled meter, a CM83. I've tried everything I can think of but this app will not discover my meter, on both iPad and iPhone.

I cannot get my iPhone 5s to connect to my CM83 meter. I'm hugely disappointed by this, as the ability to stream data from the meter to my phone was a feature that led me to the purchase of this meter.
