Completely worthless

Same as looking at the images in any image viewer, but without any adjustment tools. The only + is that it pairs up the visible and thermal images together. Otherwise not sure what the point is.

I didn’t know how to select more than one image to save it on camera roll or even share a whole folder also after importing images from thermal camera I had to create a folder then move images one by one!!

Well 1 year ago it would allow you to connect to all FLIR items with 1 click and show all of them on 1 screen in live mode. Now in 2021 after forced update your can only connect to 1 item at a time so now my many FLIR products are worthless to screen shot performance of all items at once.
No excuse for an app this bad in 2021

Won’t connect to my device so it worthless. For some reason after reading the same reviews I thought “oh might just be user error”. Nope, it’s worthless.
Doesn’t work with FLIR One Pro

Attempted to use this with FLIR One Pro, it shows the device is connected and has a “Live” button to press, but the button does nothing and you can not view the camera feed.

The app works, but is not intuitive. For example: While it does allow the user to export multiple images at once, there are no swipes or long-presses that allow for multi-select. Instead, the checkbox on the upper right (which adds checkboxes along the left side) serves the purpose. (Why isn’t this icon on the top left, above where the checkboxes appear?)

I wrote a review 7 years ago (ccat284) concerning issues with this app. The developer just replied to me, 6 hours ago!!! After 7 years!! The software is still not great. I have a new FLIR now. The app just gets a download done, that’s it. Very basic. TAC’s reply to me after 7 years is just an embarrassment.
Can't connect

I connect on the wifi of C3 and when I open the Flir tools, the app can connect to the camera. The app becomes unresponsive!!! So, why did I pay for a wifi camera? FAIL
