I just installed the cameras. They look great but the app keeps saying access denied contact owners. Since I am the owner and admin this is an issue. So I cannot see the live feed. This needs addressed!!!

Support after sale is very poor. Hours and hours on hold, even sometimes you don’t get on the other side after many hours of hold. Very frustrating. I wish I could send the screen shot for today’s hold which is one hour and 26 minutes and still unable to talk to someone....please hold someone will be with you....

App is ok. Takes a while to load live stream when you login. I also have reolink wifi and it loads within 3-5 seconds if not quicker. The flir app lets you change only a few settings if you're logged in as admin. To change major settings you'll have to log in to nvr. The enhance button is nice to get clearer pictures. I order to get better resolution you'll have to change the setting under mobile stream in camera output settings on nvr.
