Difficult to use; can’t zoom in to anywhere you want; playback a pain

I have 4 Lorex cameras. Why can’t I have a screen that shows just my four cameras and not other non-existent cameras taking up wasted space? I can’t get rapid recap to work. I press the button, it displays a percentage bar, then nothing. How do I view it? When viewing a single camera I want to zoom-in, but it only lets me zoom in the middle, not on the lower-right for example. I’m not talking about PTZ. I’m talking about playing back footage and wanting to select an area of the picture to zoom in on... can’t do it. When I press Snapshot it just freezes..... Horrible app.

I'm really happy that the app finally supports retina HD displays, but it needs to support iPhone X soon.

12/17 update The app got way better than before.the update fixed the issues.works good on WiFi a bit slower on T-Mobile. Thank you update Contacted the customer service, was promised to get a call from the tech.theyve opened the work order ticket but without calling me back,without fixing the issue they've closed the ticket ??? PLEASE UPDATE THE ALL SO IT WOULD WORK ON IPHONE WITH FIRMWARE 10.3.3 !!!!FIX THE ISSUE !!! Thank you for creating the app, but it needs a major overhaul: it would not work on my iPhone 6s Plus...(I have unlimited high speed internet through T-Mobile), it keeps on loading and then it would crash... Thank you

After the last update , the app takes a very long time to log on .when it finally does and you go to enhance the picture it takes around five min...Update please

Rapid Recap is a sweet feature as it gives you the highlight reel of events(monthly subscription required). The system I bought had to be hard wired for the install. I connected everything first before installing and confirmed that everything was 100%. Fished wires and installed the cameras and connected everything. If you don’t know how to fish wires or are not a handy person, hire someone. Took me about 6 hours to run 4 cameras and connect them to the DVR to a TV in the house. No issues. I downloaded the app, took a pic of the QR code, everything works from my phone without any issues. Not sure why so many people have had issues. As of now 5 stars, if something changes I’ll update my review.

Got a new FLIR camera and this app and setup went pretty quick. The app works great for me. The only thing I haven’t figured out is mass deleting the recorded cloud events. You can delete one at a time but I have hundreds of 30 second recordings to get rid. Otherwise this setup has been going great.

Purchased 4 WiFi cameras with DVR. We are always having problems with camera recording and staying on. Two cameras have been replaced-which was a hassle. Now app not working if not connected to WiFi. In other words we can not use app when not at home. Looking into new system but not Lorex. Hopefully they will have better customer service!
