if trash gets you hot and bothered. I highly recommend this app if you enjoy anxiety derived from your potentially important videos not loading from the timeline! This app is fantastic if you don’t need to use it!

I bought a Lorex system years ago and the app was great. I just bought a new system and somehow the app is 10 times worse now?! Before when I'd get a motion alert, I'd click the notification and the app would go directly to the event. Now it only goes to Live view, and when you click History it's very cumbersome to find the event. Doesn't show the current day and you have to manually swipe to get to it, and pinch and zoom warps you to the beginning of the day. And to top it off, playback of the event fails 25% of the time. Totally unacceptable. The only reason I'm not returning the system is that this is a software problem and I assume it will be fixed. Come on, guys!!! Get on it!!!

This app needs to go back to the drawing board not enough options, takes forever to load and when it does load it will kill your phone battery in minutes. My last Qsee app was better than this one.
App seems to require a login

If I am using the system on my LAN, I shouldn't need to login to a remote server. If there is no way to get around this, the I will probably return it.

The Lorex app has generally been stable and works fine for me. This latest update (4.4.0(18)) is junk. I have four cameras on an eight channel system, the app used to only show the four channels. Now it shows eight where four are blank. There is also a significant delay when connecting to a camera now that never was there prior to this update, ridiculous delay almost. Please take it back to regression testing!!

I have iPhone X Mine is stuck trying to add devise and never go to next page. I can’t add my device to look it up with my phone. I tried many different ways but still not working Bad app
FLIR Secure Camera does not work

I just purchased a FLIR Secure camera during Black Friday Sale and just received it via mail. Plugged it in, download the app and it could not find it via WIFI. I have previous version of FLIR cameras from a year ago and they both died on me after a year of monitoring my home interior. The Lorex app worked fine but this new App FLIR Secure does not locate any of my WiFi cameras which means my new camera is not working. It’s not my devices such as IPhone, IPads or computer as they worked with my other Lorex cameras and their Apps were functioning. Am I missing something?

Don't buy lorex/flir cameras if you intend to use phone App to remotely view live video feed or playbacks. They just donot work. Period. If you think about contacting their customer service to fix any issues, don't hold your breath either. This is by far the worst App that comes with a $500+ hardware equipment. Lorex/flir : you should hire a SW engineer that really knows how to write an working iOS app. By the way your PC Windows version of the SW rocks, but that is not what ppl want to use.
