I bought a Lorex and it worked fine, that is until this idiots “updated” the system. I now get a message that I have an “firm wear” update that fails to up date then shuts down. Thanks! I will be ripping that junk off my walls and into a trash can.

I wouldn’t recommend this system to anyone. The app doesn’t work %90 of the time. I constantly have to close and reopen it to try and access my cameras. Customer service is horrible they do nothing to fix the problem

Can’t believe FLIR has a app like this garbage. Spent $4,000 for the entire commercial property and you get this! What a waste of money.

First off the app doesn’t support full screen on the iPhone X. The app does let you have access to just a few NVR settings but no where near all of them. This wouldn’t be that big of a deal of the NVR didn’t require a plug-in to work with safari. That means you can not access the NVR in Safari from an iOS device.

Have had to uninstall and then reinstall the app multiple times. Takes forever for the video to load and different cameras can be as much as a minute different in what they are showing on the screen. Most recent problem is when I login it will take a snapshot with the list of cameras but when I click on live it’s says they are “offline”. Even though I close the app and restart the app it clearly is showing the updated live snapshot picture but still says cameras offline. They really need to hire someone who can build an app that is worthy of at least 4 or 5 stars!! They are lucky I gave them 2....

Works fine for checking in on whats going on at the moment. But being able to see what has happened in the past is miserable to use. Cannot search in the video feed.

My credentials are valid and the webapp recognizes them, but the FlirSecure app claims my information is incorrect. On top of that, app is severely not optimized for the latest iPhones, the header bar is magnified greatly to accommodate.
