Support after sale is bad – FLIR Secure Review

Support after sale is very poor. Hours and hours on hold, even sometimes you don’t get on the other side after many hours of hold. Very frustrating. I wish I could send the screen shot for today’s hold which is one hour and 26 minutes and still unable to talk to someone....please hold someone will be with you....
