The app allows you to:
- View live video from multiple cameras.
- Playback video saved to the device’s local storage.
- Record video or snapshots directly to your mobile device.
- Remotely control compatible PTZ cameras.
- Configure motion triggered push notifications.
Prerequisites:
- iOS v7.0 and higher.
- High-speed Internet access and a router (not included) are required. Please note that an upload speed of 1Mbps is required for remote video streaming. Up to 2 devices may connect to the system at the same time.
- Connect your system to your router using an Ethernet cable.

Can’t even look at cameras

This app is getting more horrible with every update. Please get somebody competent that can update the app to make it work as intended. My cameras will not even load now. Completely useless!!! As of today’s date 09/09/2019 can’t even view my cameras on the app it won’t load.

I use this app for more than two years. But this months suddenly it’s not working I try to download again and then scan the code. But always said can’t connecting . I don’t know what happened. Before have same problem but when I re download is working. This time I try to use two phone. But still not working. I don’t know how can I do now .
Never works the first time I open that App, and Cameras don’t load up promptly

Always a battle, getting the App to start and waiting for cameras to load up. I have other Cameras and App at various offices, and they work much better I.E. Night Owl and Guarding Expert..

I have had the company come check it... it’s your app.. your cameras and everything is crap. As soon as I can get rid of this crap I’m changing it. Negative a million stars

Latest Update Still Has Defects

MacOS version of this app doesn’t work in 10.15 and higher (Catalina). You need to update it ASAP please. Latest update still fixed nothing. Same GUI design issues for X based iPhone and still slow camera load that was introduced in previous update. You literally fixed none of the reported GUI defects when using an iPhone XR or any other newer full screen device (X and above). The borders interferes with the app’s interface and some of the control buttons for the cameras aren’t available in Landscape orientation. Did you even bother to test the app or do you even read your app reviews which depict these defects, so you know what to fix?

This app is trash. The NVRs are no longer supported with updates. I'm unable to use myddns-flir.com to remote access.
