I would give this negative stars if I could. Installed new NVR expecting to have great remote viewing capabilities. For the price I paid, this is a complete disappointment and I will be recommending my family and peers look into competitors’ products!

App is pretty good overall but I do not receive any notifications when motion detected. The whole purpose of the app is for notifications when not at home. They need to update their app for iPhone. Get it done right!!!!!! Very disappointing.

Why have the Notifications stopped?!?!?! That’s the main reason for having this app, and we haven’t gotten any notifications since Saturday night 6/22/19. PLEASE FIX ASAP.

I stopped receiving motion notifications all together. It’s starting to make me crazy thinking it’s my settings but it’s not- it’s the app

It seems to be the only app that lets you actually access 4K in the app. It is also a very stable app, although it doesn’t terminate properly when you leave the app, so starting it again seems to have to timeout before it will reconnect. The interface is clunky, especially when saving videos and snapshots because they don’t go to the camera roll directly. I made the unfortunate mistake of buying the latest Lorex NVR, and it doesn’t work with this app. Lorex really needs to get their crap together, they should improve this app and support all NVRs / DVRs with it. Note that I have also used Swann’s app with their DVR. The FLIR app is the best that I have found so far.
