We pay a lot for a device and you try to force us into paying more money for nothing more than a reader in the device that we already paid for. I’m looking at getting another product and program. I’m tired of opening my app and seeing nothing but an ad asking for another $80 a year. I’m so angry. You are doing this over and over in several one no states. It’s illegal! None of the apps connect with the charge 4 anymore. You want me to buy another new Fitbit and waste money and kill the environment. Your company is not worth it anymore.

How many times do I have to say NO to location tracking. Extremely annoying. Seems like this had been corrected at one time. But It’s baaaack.

I used to love my Fitbit and the app for tracking calories, macros and workouts. However, I’m getting increasingly frustrated with the app and am about ready to switch to MyFitnessPal and some other brand watch. In the app, the calculator keeps having errors. I log my food in, and one minute it says one number, and then 2 minutes later it will be completely different. Sometimes I will think I’m tracking food within my calories, and then after eating the total calories will change, and it’ll add 200-500 calories. I have to then manually add up my calories to see if I actually went over (which sometimes I have due to the fact that is miscalculated which is super annoying), or sometimes I have eaten perfectly within my calories, but the calculator is just glitching and saying the wrong total. It also glitches when resetting each day and adds the previous days total to the new day. The water tracker is also constantly glitching and I have to keep resetting the app as it says I’ve drank 0-30oz of water when I had entered 60-90oz. And lastly, when scanning certain foods, it takes FOREVER to actually pull up. So I have to keep backing out and rescanning to get it to go through, or you have to sit there, and sit there, and sit there waiting to log your food. When using this to track food it is SOOO frustrating when you’re trying to weigh out food, dispose of trash wrappers and sit down to eat with your family in a timely fashion when everything keeps glitching like that. On top of that, my second “waterproof” watch has given out right after my one year warranty expired from getting water inside. These are too expensive for having to replace each year, especially due to water damage on a water proof watch! I also do not swim, so the only exposure to water has been from washing my hands or forgetting to take it off before a shower. But it’s “waterproof” and made for tracking swimming. ?

I really like this app for tracking fitness and other health stats. The one thing I really wish it had is a place to put in my own notes on the feminine hygiene tracking part of it. The preset ones often don’t allow enough information. Would it be possible to put in a place to add notes on each day?

Flex 2 sync issues with iPhone 8

Issue Is in the title. Tried resetting flex 2 tracker, deleting and reinstalling app, pairing/ unpairing device in app. Also, does not sync with MyFitnessPal app after properly connecting within both apps

Charge 5 not syncing to App on IPhone

For the past 2 days my Charge 5 has not synced correctly to the App on my IPHONE. I use the Fitbit for my health insurance to receive credits and since the App is not updating correctly I will probably miss out on credits. Please address this issue with more than suggestions of resetting my Fitbit or removing the App and reinstalling. Those are the suggestions being left on the forums. Fix the issue, there hasn’t been an update for a month. Not pleased with this situation, next purchase will probably be an Apple Watch.

Cannot log food

Food tracking has a glitch and needs to be fixed. Cannot log any food as the selected food simply spins indefinitely. What good is an app and a fancy wristband if there is no utility? Please fix this ASAP! I see reviews from months ago reporting the same problem and yet nothing has been done.
