Need another update!!!!

Lisamarieaccounting

You did an update and when you did… it screwed up the Fitbit device syncing the app correctly and now my notifications that come thru my device won’t clear out. Now when my phone rings and I hit ignore on my Fitbit device… it still rings on my phone where before it actually was syncing and my phone would stop ringing. This is seriously annoying and needs to be fixed like yesterday!!

Great Until!

The Fitbit app was great until Google bought the company. Now they try to force you to get the premium by dummying down the app information. It no longer syncs automatically. GOOGLE GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER

Unreasonably frustrating

n8w610!

Constant syncing issues, can hardly ever change clock settings due to “uh oh, everything is connected, but something went again.” Browsing apps and clocks is clunky and tedious. Seems like there’s always a need to reset the Bluetooth or reboot the watch. Uninstall, reinstall, reboot, doesn’t matter.

What happened to exercise categories

MissRell

Love using my Fitbit Luxe. The only thing that somewhat frustrated me was when I worked out, I sometimes couldn’t find the type of workout I did listed in the “categorize exercise” option on the app. For example I do ab workouts quite often, but there’s no way for me to label the workout as such on the app, given the choices under “categorize exercise”. Then the other day I noticed that more options we added! I had done a HIIT workout and lo and behold HIIT was a new option to categorize my workout! Then I searched and also saw there was now an option to list a core workout for when I have an abs workout day! Fast forward a couple days later and when I went to log my workout as HIIT, it was no longer listed as an option. Looked for the core workout option and it wasn’t listed as an option anymore either. I also noticed that the workout I had listed as HIIT a few days earlier has now been changed to “Circuit Training”. Please bring back more options for categorizing workouts. It really helps to look back and see exactly what I did. With more options, I don’t have to guess what I did or use another label that doesn’t really apply to my workout.

Highly inaccurate

uncommuted

I’ve noticed that my Fitbit always shows a very low heart rate when I actually work out and somehow it shows my heart rate at double what it actually is when I’m not doing anything therefore giving an extremely inaccurate picture of what my heart does on a daily basis. I wouldn’t suggest the product as there’s apparently no way to fix it.

New, and not impressed!

CON: •Vibrates (regularly) to tell you are on a active call? •Call center support person in the Caribbean was hard to understand and very robotic (read uncaring) in her responses •No edit option on the list of apps getting notifications PRO Actually has a call support option (but still no resolution)

Awful for family account/multiple watches

N99887766

My kids both have fitbits to track sleep and steps. Switching between the watches is a nightmare and they don’t sync if you don’t switch. You have to go to parent view, enter your password, go to family and connect the second watch. In the last update the sync doesn’t work and I have to turn my phone off and on again to reset the app to sync with the second watch. “Parent view” should allow you to look at date from the whole family at the same time—one view. So frustrated.

Please update your app

Jeanienyc

It’s been over a month since the app was updated and I’m not able to update my Fitbit Sense. IOS has been updated about 7 times since you have updated the Fitbit app. Thank you!

How long

Teddy Bear873

How long do you think Apple would take to fix an app/device problem with their Apple Watch when brought to their attention? It would be fixed the same week. Google/Fitbit just looks the other way.
