Charge 5 not syncing to App on IPhone – Fitbit: Health & Fitness Review

For the past 2 days my Charge 5 has not synced correctly to the App on my IPHONE. I use the Fitbit for my health insurance to receive credits and since the App is not updating correctly I will probably miss out on credits. Please address this issue with more than suggestions of resetting my Fitbit or removing the App and reinstalling. Those are the suggestions being left on the forums. Fix the issue, there hasn’t been an update for a month. Not pleased with this situation, next purchase will probably be an Apple Watch.
