I’ve owned Fitbit devices since their inception. I have owned their most expensive hardware and their cheapest hardware. I’ve used them on mid tier android devices as well as flagship but one thing always remains the same : they never stay synced. Now that I am on iOS I experience the exact same problems and I will never ever purchase another Fitbit device! Their support is non-existent and it’s pointless to have to remember to sync my devices multiple times per day.

Have had one Fitbit device or another since 2015. It has given me the motivation to walk millions and millions of steps, lose weight, and stay fit. It has saved my life.

The app doesn’t like to sync well with your fit bit. It gets a tad annoying. Also, if you’re a female trying to log your period, the app is very difficult. You’ll delete the “calculated” period then put in the correct starting and ending of the correct period and then the app will readjust and put it back to the calculated period! Please fix these minor bug issues Fitbit! It would be greatly appreciated!

I got a Fitbit Charge 3 for my birthday. I love it! Still learning how to use it. It does so much more than my old one. Makes me move and keeps track of my heart rate.

I have the Fitbit Sense, this is my second one, the other broke a couple years ago. Which sucked cause I loved my Fitbit and used it every day! Now that I have the Fitbit Sense I can honestly say the same thing. It’s exactly what I need for day to day and a little extra. Also I am a healthcare worker, working at a hospital my Fitbit has gone through so many obstacles with me and survived them all no problem. Helps a lot to have a reliable brand.

The bingo game cheats. It does not keep up with the gained minutes, steps accurately.
