So Helpful for leading a healthier balanced life. By tracking steps and active minutes, sleep hours and types of sleep- keeps me more honest and has helped me become healthier overall.

Since the recent update, I’ve lost all my love for Fitbit. My watch isn’t calcing my heart rate correctly. And I have no idea how to shut off that CUSTOM heart rate. I’ve followed every hint that I’ve found and it is still there. And I don’t even know what it’s calcing. How do I interpret it?? Also the GPS takes nearly a quarter of a mile of walking/jogging to find itself. I’m losing time and distance. These may sound trivial, but this is why I use my Fitbit. I’m so disappointed that I have an Apple Watch coming in today. I hope I have a better experience.

The watch itself is okay but not great (Charge 4) but the app is garbage. Want to manually enter exercise because your watch was spending its four hour charge time in its cradle? You’re going to have to accept random effort levels and a glitchy interface that’s impossible to read. Did you enter 30 minutes of bike time, Fitbit has randomly decided to put it on a different day for a different amount of time. Don’t get me started on the calorie intake mess. How may PF Chang variations on General Tsao’s are there? I was trying to enter English muffins anyway.

It’s ok but rarely shows the correct battery percentage for my Versa 2.

I try to use the food log and it experiences several different glitches: the calories add up wrong, the database won't load when searching so you have to force quit and try again, the total calories for a day don't load correctly or load slowly, etc. Plus, the food database is full of incorrect and incomplete entries, so calorie information is frequently off by a lot.

I bought a new device, & still the same. Doesn’t sync or takes forever when it does.

Numerous users have complained about not having the option to disable location services without a constant reminder. This pop up is annoying to deal with every time users opens the app. You will lose clients if this is not resolved soon!

I upgraded my Fitbit to a Charge 5 when my Alta died and I’m loving it. I finally organized the app on my iPad Air (6th Gen) ver 15.1 and six days later the app display is white. This is one day after purchasing a Charge 5 for my husband to wear, and his device is an Android. Hoping for the best. And a quick fix. Fortunately, the app is still running on my iPhone 7, ver 14.8.1, but for how long?
