Flex 2 sync issues with iPhone 8 – Fitbit: Health & Fitness Review

Issue Is in the title. Tried resetting flex 2 tracker, deleting and reinstalling app, pairing/ unpairing device in app. Also, does not sync with MyFitnessPal app after properly connecting within both apps
