I spent $4.99 today to buy this app for my iPhone 6 and my iPad 2. However when I try to open the app on either device I get a blank screen and it then closes. Tried uninstalling & then reinstalling but it still won’t open.

Fitbit Finder worked like a charm. I found my lost fitbit in minutes. It ended up being under my bed. Must have dropped behind the headboard in my sleep. Saved me the $100 it would have cost me to replace it!

My new Ionic watch turned up in a minute after I downloaded this app. Straight forward. It works sort of like a Geiger counter.

It detected my lost Fitbit Alta Bluetooth signal but said the signal was weak even when I had found it and was holding it in my hand next to the phone. Not very helpful if it doesn’t clue you in as you get closer to the device.

I really like that this app does nothing more than what it is meant to do- track down and misplaced Fitbit. It actually mak a finding one a little fun. Equally good, it is devoid of advertisements or unneeded bells and whistles. It’s a great little app, a must have for Fitbit owners.

This works with the one. It does not recognize my Alta or my surge.

If there was a ZERO that's how I would rate this. I paid 5 bucks and searched and searched for my lost Fitbit. Nothing! Nada! Zilch! When I found it (on my own), I got my phone and Bingo! The Finder located my Fitbit - ONCE I HAD ALREADY FOUND IT AND HAD IT IN MY OTHER HAND!!

I lost my FitBit Charge the other day. The FitBit app was syncing to it, so I knew it was in the house. Free apps weren't working, so I bought this. Still no good. Apparently, the cats thought it made a good toy. Even with the FitBit on my wrist next to my phone, it can't find it. Don't waste your money if you have a FitBit Charge. I can't speak for the Charge HR, though.
