Fitbit Finder listens for the Bluetooth radio signals that your Fitbit sends to your phone or computer and then displays the relative strength of those signals as you move around, so you can zero in on where you lost your Fitbit. Fitbit Finder also provides audio feedback.

FITBIT ZIP USERS -- WARNING: Please don't buy this app (or any other paid app) if you lost your Zip. The Zip is unique among Fitbit trackers, because it goes to sleep and stops transmitting its Bluetooth signal after about a minute of inactivity. So any tracking app becomes useless about 1 minute after you lose your Zip! Fitbit Finder actually works and will find Fitbit Zips within that 1 minute window, but that's probably not what you meant to do when you bought our app. So please save your money and use it towards a ceremony to mourn the loss of your beloved Fitbit Zip.

I would not have believed this possible. I rarely rate apps but this... short story: the app found my fitbit Zip within about 15 minutes of me walking up and down stairs a few times. Longer story: the Zip was *inside* a hot and rotating tumble dryer!!!! I would not have thought a Bluetooth signal would have made it through the walls of the dryer... On a related point, I’m pretty impressed the Zip made it through the wash cycle unharmed. :-)

This app doesn’t work! When I turned it on, it kept beeping fast and loud, even as I walked through my house and down my street! When I tried again an hour later, the app could not the Fitbit signal and nothing happened, even though my phone was showing that my Fitbit was charged.

I’ve used this app twice to locate my Fitbit and both times it’s worked like a charm. Didn’t have the same luck with another app I used.

Found it again - maybe 3 more times with it. Love it! It has helped me find my fitbit twice and my partner's 3 times. One time in a pile of laundry! It's not exact and if you are wearing a fitbit it can be tricky, but stick with it gig will find it.

Recognized my wife’s Alta when tested, but could not find/recognize my Charge 2. Very frustrating. We wound up finding the fit bit no thanks to this app. Even now with the Fitbit charge 2 on my wrist, the app does not recognize it. Save your money. I want a refund.
