Didn't give me a signal until I found it on my bed and picked it up. Fitbit had a new battery in it so that was not the problem. Wish I had looked a little longer and saved the 5 dollars.

This program could not even recognize my Fitbit Alta. My son had to download FREE program from google and found my phone within minutes. With my found Fitbit right beside the program tracker it said no device found. JUNK!!!! And I had to pay for this.

This app is useless. I couldn't find my Fitbit but the Fitbit app is syncing so I know it's around. When I download this app and try to get a more accurate location, it cannot find my Fitbit. Even now my Fitbit is 2 inches away from my phone the app is still showing I signal. Total crap.

Didn't work for finding an Alta I hadn't registered yet. I thought that might be why I didn't find it, or that it had died. Long behold I found it using a FREE app and it wasn't dead.

I lost my Charge HR. I had purchased Fitbit Finder a few years ago when I lost a Fitbit One, and expected no problem using it to find the Charge HR. Used the app in every room in the house. Used the app as I retraced my steps to the garage, in the car, to the grocery store, through the grocery store, and all over the store's parking lot. Nothing. When I picked my girlfriend up from work, she asked if I was sure it wasn't in the car. I booted up the app, and it found her FitBit One. Back home, I tried the app again. As my girlfriend sat on the couch, the app registered her FitBit in most of the rooms I walked through. I wore my FitBit charge on my ankle. Figuring that it had fallen off at the grocery store and some lucky person who is now using it, I bought a Misfit. Today, the dog moved a throw pillow off the couch. As you probably guessed, my FitBit charge had been under the pillow. I have no idea how it got there. The FitBit Charge has about 80% battery life, but still does not appear in FitBit finder, either on my iPhone or on my iPad. FitBit Finder helped me find my FitBit One several times, and still finds my girlfriend's FitBit One. But it's inability to find my FitBit Charge leaves me no choice but to give a one star rating.
Honestly wanted help
Put the app right up to my daughters fitbit and it detected nothing. Will have to find my sons the old fashion way. Don't be taken advantage of...

I bought this app in hopes of it helping me find the battery to my Fitbit Flex 2. It turns out that the battery was in a garbage can that was not even 20 feet from my room. Not only could it not detect the Fitbit that was lost, it couldn't even detect any other FitBits in its area. This app is horrible and is a huge scam.
