Does not seem to work on Charge HRs

I had lost my Fitbit and decided to buy the app. I did not look at the reviews before I purchased the app and did not realize that people had said it didn't work on Charge HRs. I was very upset I would never find it until I found it without the app in my dresser drawer. I then tested the app and it did not detect it and the battery was almost full. I do not understand. I would not recommend this app to other people because it does not have a lot of options or directions on how to use it. Same your money, time, and note disappointment of not finding your Fitbit.
Has to be charged??

The Fitbit tracker does not work w/out being charged. I read thought everything about the app and I said nothing about being charged to find it.!

You're better off throwing a five dollar bill into the garbage. It'll be about as useful as this app. Fitbit app says my HR is synced to my phone. This app says there are no activity frackers in range. Somebody is mistaken.

This app did not work at all. I lost my Fitbit and we scanned my daughters while it was in my hand and it detected nothing. If I could it would get zero stars

I'm really sad that I bought this. Such a waste of money. I tried using it and it wouldn't pick up the signal. Found it in the room I was searching in using the app and it couldn't find it

I lost my fitbit charge yesterday and i got this app to find it ..Its showing that it detected a Fitbit Zip somewhere and trying to load the location or something ..But no luck in findng my Fitbit Charge..I lost my money

I used this app to find my missing One years ago. Didn't work well, but it did lead me to my device. Tried to use for my Alta, it could pick it up at all. I found it the old fashioned way, you know, digging through everything and found it myself. Tried to see if the app could "find it" while it was in my hand...still nothing.
