I downloaded this app because I couldn’t find my Fitbit charge 2. I had this thing all over the house and even outside where I was during the day. It just kept pinging weak, weak, weak. I even went to the area where my computer was and the signal never got strong. My husband eventually found it on the floor in front of my computer desk without this horrible tracker. I want a refund, it was a waste of my money

The instructions are not clear. What a waste of money! Unfortunately I followed the directions and clicked on “forget this device” in my Bluetooth settings and now I will never ever find my Fitbit. You have to have the device IN HAND to RE PAIR it using Bluetooth! And even if I do find it, to get Bluetooth working on it again I will have to reset all of my network settings for all of my Bluetooth devices which is a real pain.

Purchased the App and within 10 minutes I found my wife’s Fitbit. My 2 year old son had it safely stored in his jacket pocket. Great App

Just be patient and keep your eye on the signal power indicator to see how close/far away you are.
Turn off Bluetooth

Had to turn off Bluetooth for the signal to be strongest. As soon as I read that on another site and did it, I found my Fitbit immediately!

Found my Fitbit but not with this tracker. It definitely sends out sound signals, but many were deceiving. They were loud and strong but not necessarily near the device. And I had multiple people looking. Finally located the Fitbit with a vibrating alarm sent from my Fitbit app. $6 was a waste. Didn’t work for me. Trying to contact app support. Can’t see a way to do that. I’m very disappointed with the app and with customer service.
