Lucky me, I have two Fitbits. This app located the one in my hand. Uh, gee thanks, but I need the waterproof one to go swimming! I sent my son out of the house with my Fitbit One and tried again. No signal all this time, though I am able to sync the Flex 2 and Dashboard indicates the battery is half full. Guess I didn't get my money's worth, huh?

We were looking for a Charge2 so we bought this app. It pinged for my older ChargeHR but not at all for either of my Charge2's. I think it needs to be updated, especially since it costs $4.99!

My Fitbit charge 2 is in the house and syncs to my iPhone but this app does not find any signal. Can I get a refund?

Lost it in my house so bought the app to save time. It did nothing except tell me, over and over as I pressed rescan in each room upstairs and downstairs... ... "Sorry. No activity trackers are signaling nearby. Either your activity tracker isn't nearby or your battery has died. Go to another room where you might have misplaced your activity tracker and try scanning again." Having found it while wandering around the house and never getting any other response except the above...I'm quite annoyed that I paid for a totally useless app. I'm holding them side by side and it still won't register any signal and my battery shows it is charged at medium.

This will NOT work on my IPAD! It installed but will NOT open! Do not waste your money on this app! If you plan to use this on your IPAD, you wil lose your money as well as your Fitbit!
