Hi been playing this game since launch, it’s been a long time and ton of updates to get to where the game is today. Anyone just joining or thinking of joining needs to know this is a true final fantasy game.. Yes there is payable content, you can be a whale and spend thousands to pull the units you want. However the game is 100% able to be free to play. I have never spent a single dollar on this game, I have multiple 7 star units, I have some of the best gear in game. If you take your time and treat this game like a Final Fantasy game you will have hundreds probably thousands of hours of play. There is so much content to explore and unlock and you never have to spend a dime.. However If you feel like supporting the game by spending money, then that is okay because they 100% deserve the support after the love and dedication put into this game.

So let me get this straight....

Been playing this game since launch, and now i have to download an update in order to download an update in preparation for an update download all to be ready for an update for which i will have another update for performance enhancements multiple times day for this game? This game should have been legendary with all these updates...but its actually the same and not very worth downloading an abusive amount of updates in a row for.

I’ve been playing this game since the first Christmas special, and without a doubt this is the most scammy game I’ve played. Every “special” unit or offer is meant to scam people out of money. Don’t bother with this game, play the originals if you miss Final Fantasy.

My first FF was 4 (what we called 2 here in US) when i was a child, i've been a life long fan since. but i haven't really liked any of the games past X and X2. this game finally gave me the old school traditional FF play that i remember from the old games. i truly think Brave Exvius is one i the best final fantasy games ever made, and by far the best in over 15 years. i have beloved characters from final fantasy 4, 6(my fav), 7, tactics, 9, and even X. it's like a dream team, and they keep making even more awesome characters. yes it can be very difficult at times to get characters you want, but there is plenty to keep you entertained day to day and before you know it you'll have some of your favs. plus you get to bring along a friend and they often have cool characters for you to use. because that's what the FF series has always been about, cool heroic characters. i've been playing for over two years now and i probably will for years to come.

Every time you guys fix something that benefits the players and compensate us with garbage like energy pots it really makes your consumers not want to spend money on your product.

No lie, this game is fun. However, the Dev/management team consistently make the wrong choices. Bugs that are beneficial to the players are hotfixed ASAP while other game breaking bugs are left alone for months...as long as it doesn’t affect their bottom line. They are also suuuuper stingy with in game item giveaways, especially if you compare to the Japanese version of the game.

This game is fun but becomes incredibly monotonous after a while. Also it is a pay to play game no doubt about it. They treat the Japanese version of the game like royalty while global gets scraps. Now you don’t have to pay to play but if you want a strong summon you are going to pay.
