Call a Rep feature rocks!

I use the Fidelity app primarily for watching my account positions and it’s great for doing so. I had an amazing experience this morning when I had some questions regarding my account. Using the “Call a Rep” feature was so seamless and intuitive! I clicked the relevant category, and my phone dialed in immediately. When the rep answered the phone, they knew immediately who I was and I was already authenticated so I didn’t need to list off any kind of account numbers or passwords! So convenient! I wish other companies and apps had the same functionality! ? Kudos to you, Fidelity — you nailed it with this customer!
Why bother have a finger print log in ?

I wished my 410K was broke down on the mobile app how each pay period how much I put in and how much the company put in!!

Very nice interface. Very responsive app. Gives you a quick snap shot of your account yet you can easily look up the details and perform transactions without problems. I love this app and I would recommend to any one with Fidelity account.

Billpay needs memo field in app

When I am processing my postal mail and I see bills, I reach for my phone to pay them. There are times I need to put the invoice number in the memo field. As the app does not have this feature I have to use the desktop to pay the bill. What’s the point of offering an native app. It’s just one more text field, not that hard to implement in your code!
