Not being able to see credit card transactions, like every other banking app, makes this pretty useless.

Every since the last update, app became super slow especially in the login screen. Face ID stop working and because of the lag it made it so hard just to type in the password.

Easy to use and not cluttered. Reliable. Would like implied volatility and theoretical values side by side with bids and offers. Then would be close to perfect. Jeff

Each time I need to add a preferred stock it’s a pain to find the preferred listings in Research. Please add a menu item that allows a direct route to preferred stock lists. It would be a big improvement. Otherwise, I love the site.

It shouldn’t take multiple clicks to login to the app. Authenticate with Face/Touch ID upon opening the app. Now they’ve even removed Face/Touch ID.

For any stock in a portfolio that is selected pertinent data items should always be displayed. Data items such as: cost average, last trade Price, active alerts, open trade tickets, Ex Div. The Position page columns should provide capability to reorder the columns from left to right.

I use the app to track the rise and fall of my IRA, but I can’t find the graph anymore. Really hope you guys put this back in if you took it out.

Bad service I’m leaving. Customer since 1979 with over 4 million and telling my family and friends to leave your bad service. Unrealistic garbage policies that cost me money and time and just incompetent customer service. One star is too much. Have already moved 750000 to your competitors and additional 500000will be transfered by month end .

I can restrict this app to ONLY allow viewing. I wanted to limit the app so it would be impossible to trade or transfer without entering the password again - even if the app is logging in automatically using touchid. So in short, touchid is a great feature I want to use, but only for viewing. If I want to trade or transfer then I need the app to request password one more time and ideally with another round of two-way authentication.
