Call a Rep feature rocks! – Fidelity Investments Review

I use the Fidelity app primarily for watching my account positions and it’s great for doing so. I had an amazing experience this morning when I had some questions regarding my account. Using the “Call a Rep” feature was so seamless and intuitive! I clicked the relevant category, and my phone dialed in immediately. When the rep answered the phone, they knew immediately who I was and I was already authenticated so I didn’t need to list off any kind of account numbers or passwords! So convenient! I wish other companies and apps had the same functionality! ? Kudos to you, Fidelity — you nailed it with this customer!
