I like the simple layout, really like the idea of being able to use it on Apple Watch and the fact that I can look back on my history. Unfortunately I am having some trouble. I did email the developer using the email address provided in the app on 1/26/18 but haven’t heard anything back. I paid to upgrade to the premium version. If I start a fast on my watch, I’m not able to check the progress of the fast on the app on my phone. Is that something that isn’t possible? I thought they were supposed to sync. When I completed the fast that was started on the Apple Watch, it isn’t showing up in the summary on the iPhone app. Am I missing a step? It also doesn’t look like there’s a way to view the summary on the Apple Watch app, I’m not sure if I should be able to or not.

This app makes it effortless to keep track of your fasting hours. Recommended.

I love this fasting app because it really encourages me to hit my intermittent fasting goals. Some days I don’t think I can do it, but I can quickly check my time, and that motivates me to push forward. If I could suggest one thing I’d love for this app to do is to be able to change my fasting goal mid-fast. If I’m at 18 hours, but I’d decide to go 20, I’d love a quick, easy way to extend it without having to end fast, and reset. Other than that, this is the best fasting app out there to me!

Great way to remind you of your eating window. Clean, simple and flexible design. Would like to see Total Hours Fasted for the week in the Week View. Bottom line - if your into IF this app will do what you want.

This app doesn’t give accurate daily readings. It simply tracks how many hours I’ve fasted. Example. If I start my fast on Friday and don’t break it for 48 hours, it looks like I was not fasting Saturday or Sunday. On the up side, when I crossed the International date line either way it tracked the hours accurately and didn’t get confused by the phones change in time/date.

Overall, this app does exactly what it's been tasked to do. It does seem to freeze when completing a fast, but if you close it and reopen, it actually recorded successfully, and it doesn't happen all the time. I love the streamlined functionality and can easily put up with the occasional glitch.

I’ve been able to control late night binge habits and I look forward to seeing my progress with my health and weight moving forward. It’s super user friendly as well.
