I've been an avid user of Fast Habit for at least a year now and it's gone a long way to keeping me on track! My only request is support for changing time zones during a fast. If I'm traveling - from EST to CST for example - after I've started fasting, I'll have to adjust my ending time when I'm done fasting the next day.

The best feature of this app is the ability to see my fasting hours for more than 10 days at a time. I want to be able to look at the month and see how I did. It would be helpful if we could change the number of hours we want to fast during our fast, but that is a small thing. I’ve contacted the developer with questions and he is very responsive. Great app!!

I have tried two other intermittent fasting apps and this is my favorite. I like that it has a month and weekly view. A helpful addition would be a timer or countdown for the feast window, but other than that it’s perfect for my needs. Thanks!
